SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most orders ship within one business day USPS Priority Mail (orders will not ship Saturday or Sunday, any order placed after 12 noon EST on Friday will ship on Monday).
Transit times depend on your location and the delivery method selected. If you are close to Lima NY, call & we can talk about saving delivery charges!

Tracking your Package
You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships - the email will include your tracking number.
We will notify you right away if the item you have ordered is on back order and you can substitute or cancel. All backorders ship via standard shipping unless other arrangements have been discussed.
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to correct the shipping address - additional shipping charges may apply if you entered the wrong delivery address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us right away at 585.269.4718.
Personalized items are not returnable.
Items must be returned in NEW condition for a full refund. We recommend trying saddle pads as you would a new blanket, with a sheet or other fabric between pad and horse. Items in used condition may be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.
Contact us if your item is defective - we will issue a pick up at no additional charge to you. If we determine the item to not be defective, the shipping charges will be deducted from your returned item credit.
Exchanges will be sent to the original BILL TO address unless other notified.
